In this hands-on workshop, you’ll decorate 6 beautiful cookies while learning essential techniques used by my myself and other cookie artists. I will guide you step-by-step through:
Piping clean outlines and details
Flooding for smooth, polished finishes
Applying royal icing transfers
Using wet-on-wet techniques to add patterns and dimension
No experience is needed—I will provide everything you need, including pre-baked cookies, icing, transfers, and tools. By the end of class, you’ll take home your decorated cookies, my royal icing recipe, and the confidence to start decorating on your own.
